Performs and coordinates general office duties

Responsibilities include handling phones, directing calls to appropriate staff members, greet clients, vendors and visitors, update company contact list, sort incoming mail, manage FedEx needs, and purchase and manage office supply inventory. The Admin is also responsible to draft weekly meeting minutes for ongoing projects, draft and send general office memos, provide administrative support to management staff, make travel and in-house meeting arrangements and perform general office duties as needed. On the job training will be provided.
