Administrative Assistant
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY

Full Time Position

Howard Hanna seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Saratoga Springs Broadway Office. Looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual to provide administrative, secretarial and advertising support to the branch office and sales agents. Provide administrative support to the Broadway Office team, performing diverse administrative and clerical duties and anticipating the team's needs. Handles confidential information discreetly and professionally. Responsible for calendar management, client and attorney correspondence, meeting and event coordination, mailer scheduling, and general team organization as needed. Prepares materials for meetings as requested. Coordinates other duties/projects as requested. Perform duties in a professional manner with the highest quality.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent experience
  • 2+ years relevant office experience and supporting a team
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Google Drive, and Social Media Programs (Facebook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to get things done using strong organizational and time management skills
  • Takes initiative and works independently
  • Confident and resourceful in problem solving
  • Maintains a positive and calm work environment
