Office Administrative Assistant - Part Time



Family owned wholesale company looking to hire a part time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities will include support in bookkeeping, order entry, billing, shipping, receiving and other stock room functions. This person will also need to support the Operations Manager as required to operate the business. Work hours are flexible, based on employees/business needs, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.



Requirements:

· Bookkeeping experience using accounting software such as “Business Works “or similar programs.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must and a working knowledge of Adobe CS a plus.
